• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not authorized by you.

2. Service Description

Atenpost provides social publishing and account-connection features, including tools for scheduling and publishing content to third-party social platforms.

3. Social Platform Connections

• Atenpost uses platform APIs and OAuth authorization to connect your accounts.
• Your use of connected platforms (including Facebook, Instagram, and Threads) is also subject to each platform's own terms and policies.
• We are not responsible for platform API outages, policy changes, access revocations, or other third-party actions.

4. Your Content and Permissions

• You retain ownership of content you submit to Atenpost.
• You grant Atenpost permission to process, store, and transmit your content only as needed to provide requested functionality.
• You represent that you have all rights necessary to upload, schedule, and publish your content.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Atenpost for unlawful, fraudulent, or deceptive activity.
• Interfere with or disrupt the service, APIs, or security controls.
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems, accounts, or data.
• Publish or distribute content in violation of platform rules, intellectual property rights, or applicable law.

6. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the security and integrity of the service.

7. Disclaimers

Atenpost is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Atenpost and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business interruption arising from or related to your use of the service.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date and post the revised Terms on this page.
