Data Deletion Instructions

This page explains how to request deletion of your Atenpost account data and connected social integration data.

How to Request Deletion

Email support@atenpost.com from the same email address used for your Atenpost account.

Please include:

  • Your Atenpost account email address.
  • The connected platform(s) you want removed (Facebook, Instagram, Threads).
  • The account/page/profile name(s) connected in Atenpost, if available.

What We Delete

  • Connected social account records and stored access tokens.
  • Draft, scheduled, and published post records stored in Atenpost.
  • Uploaded media associated with your posts, subject to technical limits.

Verification and Timeline

We may ask for identity verification before processing deletion requests. After verification, we process deletion within a reasonable timeframe.

Important Notes

  • Certain records may be retained when required for legal, security, or fraud prevention obligations.
  • You can also revoke Atenpost access directly in each platform's app settings (Facebook, Instagram, Threads).
